Genetic Disorders and Diseases

Winter Term Major Research Project

Each student will be assigned the task of becoming an expert on one genetic disorder/disease and then give an oral presentation to their peers about it. The topic chosen MUST be a genetic one, meaning it needs to affect the genes (DNA) of the person afflicted. The student is in charge of finding their topic and determining if it is a true genetic topic. Below are many websites that can be used to help find and learn about genetic disorders/diseases.
